Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
  • Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date

All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

M.C. Miller, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall determine whether a product is in fact defective.

Limited 30-Day Return Policy

  • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date.

All returns under Limited 30-Day Return Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns under Limited 30-Day Return Policy must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
  2. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at sales@mcmiller.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
  3. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
  4. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box

All items have to be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Returns made more than 30 days from Invoice Date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
