ProActive Pricing

The three options for ProActive are priced as indicated below.

User Support Plan: All three options offer a User Support Plan, which allows users to contact MCM to have technical issues resolved and which provides users with software updates on a quarterly basis. The User Support Plan is free-of-charge with the annual lease option for each ProActive version.

User Training Options: Various options are offered regarding training on the functionality of the ProActive program and these training options are priced separately.

Option 1: Single-User Version
ProActive database is installed on a PC and is accessible only via that machine
User License: Cat. #SFT901 $4,500.00
User Support: Cat. #SFT904 $675.00 per year (starting on anniversary date of the purchase)
 
Option 2:  Client/Server Option
ProActive database is deployed on customer's server machine and multiple users access the database via customer's network)
Server License: Cat. #PA-SLP $6,500.00 per server
User License: Cat. #PA-ULP $4,500.00 per user
Server Support: Cat. #PA-SS $975.00 per server, per year (starting on anniversary date of the purchase)
User Support: Cat. #PA-US $675.00 per user, per year (starting on anniversary date of the purchase)
Database Deployment: Cat. #PA-DD $6,000.00 (Includes engineer's traveling expenses and training provided to a ProActive administrator)
Database Customization: Cat. #SFT930 $175.00 per hour
 
Option 3:   eProActive Option
ProActive database is deployed on a dedicated server machine at the M. C. Miller offices and multiple users access the database via an internet connection. With this option, the M. C. Miller company functions as your IT department for ProActive.
 
Server Operating System License:   Market price for MS and Sybase SQL Server, Oracle and IBM DB2, Free for Firebird
Server License/Support: Cat. #EPA-SL $5,000.00 per year, per server (Includes maintenance, security, backups, database updates etc.)
